Breakage
Eye to the Sky Ceramics is not responsible for breakage or poor handling by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or any other carrier contracted to complete delivery of online orders. We package items thoroughly and provide insurance coverage on our shipments. We may choose to replace your item at the insured rate of the order shipment. Any cost difference (including shipping) is the responsibility of the customer. We require photo documentation of your broken ceramic items within 24 hours of the completed delivery of your order. These photos should be sent to info@eyetotheskyceramics.com with as much clarity and detail as possible. Eye to the Sky Ceramics has the sole discretion in the determination of each case.
Eye to the Sky Ceramics is not responsible for accidental breakage or breakage by reckless use. If you have an extenuating circumstance of breakage that you feel warrants replacement, please send us a detailed description and photos to info@eyetotheskyceramics.com. We take pride in our quality and care of work, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eye to the Sky Ceramics has the sole discretion in the determination of each case.
Returns
All items for sale on our website are final sale. Eye to the Sky Ceramics provides detailed descriptions and photos of items for sale. The customer is responsible and accountable for making the decision to complete a purchase. If you believe that an order is fulfilled in error, please send a detailed description and photos to info@eyetotheskyceramics.com. Eye to the Sky Ceramics has the sole discretion in the determination of each case.
If your order was purchased as a gift and must be returned, the value can be redeemed as store credit. The ceramic item(s) must be shipped back to Eye to the Sky Ceramics at the cost of the customer.
Refunds
Deposits on wholesale, custom and special orders are non-refundable.
All sales completed via our website or in person are final and non-refundable. If you believe that you have an extenuating circumstance for refund, please send a detailed description, and photos (if applicable) to info@eyetotheskyceramics.com.
